#### الوصف الوظيفي:

إعداد خطة تطويرية قصيرة المدى (6 أشهر) وطويلة المدى (أكثر من عام)، موضحًا فيها أهداف المنشأة وتطلعاتها وخطوات العمل التطويرية بجودة وكفاءة.

تصميم كراسة مواصفات يقوم على أساسها العاملين بالعمل وفقًا للوائح المقررة، لتكون دليلًا شاملًا ومقياسًا لأي فرع من فروع المطاعم.

وضع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية لضمان الاستخدام الأمثل في عمليات التشغيل بشكل متكافئ ومتجانس في كافة الفروع.

مسؤول عن ضمان إنجاز الأعمال اليومية بخط الإنتاج في المطبخ وما إلى ذلك.

تطبيق اللوائح والأنظمة والسياسات المتبعة فيما يخص قسم التشغيل.

متابعة تدريب العمالة ومواعيد التدريب وتحليل نتائج التدريب والعائد منها.

responsibility for ensuring the availability of all materials necessary for operational processes in quantities that match the size and nature of work for each section, monitoring consumption and spoilage, and disposing of them according to the system in place.

responsible for ensuring the availability of health, professional, and standard conditions for workers, as well as materials, tools, equipment, and service areas for customers, after studying and presenting them from the food development manager and branch managers.

responsible for following up and completing any fundamental malfunctions, monitoring and following up on periodic maintenance models, and following them up.

preparing the required reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis to assist other administrations in making swift and appropriate decisions.

responsible for resolving any customer-related issues that have not been resolved by the branch management.

responsible for monitoring costs, food quality, customer satisfaction, service speed, and working to increase profitability.

monitoring local competitors’ operations and making comparisons, presenting them to direct management, and ensuring the application of comprehensive quality systems in all operations.

responsible for applying health requirements, safety requirements (civil defense), insurance on properties, and other systems, as well as following up on a file to preserve documents in branches.
