???? Hiring Now: Senior BIM Modeler – KSA (14+ Years Experience)

We are supporting a leading EPC project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Modeler with strong expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for both building and site development scopes.

???? Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage 3D BIM models for both inside and outside building scopes.

Create BIM models for roads, oily water systems, storm water, sanitary water, landscaping, hardscaping, and overall site development.

Produce plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings derived from 3D BIM models.

Implement and maintain BIM standards, including LOD definitions, shared parameters, naming conventions, and work‑sharing protocols.

Ensure compliance with industry BIM standards and internal company requirements.

Annotate and dimension drawings accurately as per established standards.

Review BIM models and drawings to ensure alignment with design intent.

Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to coordinate BIM deliverables.

???? Requirements

Minimum 14+ years of experience in BIM modeling within the building and infrastructure domain.

Strong proficiency in BIM tools and workflows.

Proven experience in multidisciplinary coordination and model development.

Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality outputs within project timelines.
