التقدم الى Urgent Hiring! Mechanical (Plumbing) Design Engineer (Housing & Villa Experience Only) in Riyadh

The Plumbing Design Engineer is responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating all plumbing and drainage systems for housing and villa developments. This role ensures that all designs comply with project requirements, local authority regulations, sustainability standards, and best engineering practices. The engineer collaborates closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to deliver efficient, safe, and cost-effective plumbing solutions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Develop detailed plumbing and drainage system designs for villas and residential buildings, including:

– Water supply systems

– Hot and cold water distribution

– Drainage and sewage systems

– Rainwater harvesting and stormwater drainage

– Water storage tanks, pumps, and filtration systems

– Prepare design drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD/Revit or similar software.

– Perform hydraulic calculations (pipe sizing, pump head calculations, flow rates, pressure loss, etc.).

– Ensure designs comply with local codes (e.g., Saudi Building Code), international standards, and client specifications

– Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and design reports.

– Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements from contractors.

– Conduct value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality or safety.

– Coordinate plumbing designs with architectural, structural, electrical, and HVAC teams.

– Attend design coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.

– Provide technical support during construction, including site visits and inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

– 3–7 years of experience in plumbing design, preferably in housing/villa or residential projects.

– Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.

– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and hydraulic calculation software.

– Experience with water conservation and sustainable design is an advantage.

– Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

– Excellent communication and coordination skills

– Attention to detail and accuracy

– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

– Familiarity with construction processes and site practices

– Available in Riyadh for FACE TO FACE Interview

Salary Package ranges from 8K – 13K (All In)
