Job Summary

OURSHOPEE.COM is looking for a confident and target-oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior telesales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build customer relationships and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:-

Make outbound and inbound sales calls to customers

Present and promote company products and services clearly

Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities

Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Requirements:-

Female candidates only

Minimum 1 year of telesales or sales experience (mandatory)

Fluency in English and Hindi (compulsory)

Arabic language is an added advantage

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity preferred
