“Saudi Architectural Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience. The candidate should have solid experience in architectural design within engineering consultancy offices and be fully familiar with municipality regulations, codes, and approval requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and detailed plans.

Develop design concepts in compliance with local municipality regulations and standards.

Review and ensure compliance of designs with relevant codes and authority requirements.

Support the submission and approval process with municipalities and related authorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design (consultancy background preferred).

Strong knowledge of local municipality regulations and building codes.

Proficiency in architectural design software.

Good communication and coordination skills.”
