التقدم الى Civil Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor in Dammam

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for construction project enquiries in Saudi Arabia. The candidate must be familiar with KSA construction standards, market rates, and VAT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and project quotations

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications

Perform quantity take-offs for civil works

Study tender documents, drawings, and scope of work

Maintain and update material & labor cost databases (KSA market)

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for latest pricing

Assist in tender submissions and proposals

Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and project specifications

Include VAT (15%) and applicable overheads in estimates

Support cost control and budget monitoring during execution

Qualifications & Experience: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

3–7 years experience in estimation / quantity surveying

Proven experience in Saudi Arabia construction projects

Strong knowledge of KSA material rates, labor costs, and suppliers

Proficient in MS Excel (mandatory)

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Experience with tendering and commercial evaluations

Preferred Skills:

Experience in residential, commercial, and fit-out projects

Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC)

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Strong analytical and communication skills

Full-time
