• Gain a comprehensive understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements
• Develop relationships of trust with a group of key clients to ensure that they do not turn out to be competitive
• Expanding relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their goals
• Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to clients at the right time
• Acts as a communication link between key clients and Labyah internal teams
• Solve problems that clients faced by and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Gathering the necessary information about the daily operations of the company
• Building a strong and direct relationship with clients and working to maintain it
• Constant communication with existing clients and meeting their various requirements
• Participate in the negotiation processes with clients and work on concluding new agreements with them and promoting the organization’s sales
• Work to achieve all customer requirements in a time, according to plans, and in cooperation with different work teams
• Preparing achievement reports submitting them to clients and senior management
المتطلبات
- Experience in sales , branding ,clients management and providing solutions tailored to clients’ needs
- Advance communicate and negotiate skills
- Proven experience as account manager
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Marketing or related fields
