URGENT HIRING Work Permit Receiver (WPR)

Location: Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking to urgently appoint a qualified Work Permit Receiver (WPR) to join our site operations team in Jubail. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the Permit-to-Work (PTW) process and ensuring that all site activities are executed safely and in full compliance with established HSE standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and manage work permits in accordance with site PTW procedures.

• Coordinate closely with Operations, Maintenance, and HSE teams.

• Ensure all safety measures, risk assessments, and approvals are in place before work starts.

• Conduct site inspections before, during, and after permitted activities.

• Monitor work execution and stop unsafe activities when required.

• Maintain accurate permit records and documentation.

• Support toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or related field preferred).

• Valid Work Permit Receiver (WPR) certification.

• 1–3 years of site experience in industrial, construction, metals, or oil & gas projects.

• Strong knowledge of PTW systems and HSE regulations.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a site environment.

• Good reporting and documentation skills.
