Job Vacancy: Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Bahrain).

Applicants must have relevant experience and currently based in Bahrain.

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in EPC, O&M, Civil, and MEP projects to join our contracting company in Bahrain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients in Bahrain and other GCC countries, excellent market knowledge,and proven capability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to project execution in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in EPC, Oil & Gas, O&M, Civil, MEP companies in Bahrain.

Build, maintain, strong relationships with clients across Bahrain and across the GCC.

Manage RFQs, quotations, and purchase orders, payment terms, and Mobilisation.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to ensure profitability.

Coordinate closely with internal technical and operational teams.

Prepare and submit weekly sales and activity reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical, oil & gas, or industrial business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Solid understanding of the Bahrain market and regional GCC market.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Valid Bahrain driving license.

Willingness to travel to other GCC countries as required.
