Foreman (Civil Construction)

Urgently required Civil Foreman for construction company in Bahrain. 5–8 years experience, strong site supervision skills, ability to read drawings. Bahrain/GCC experience preferred. Immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site construction activities

Manage labour, subcontractors, and equipment

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with Site Engineer, Project Manager, and QS

Monitor productivity and daily progress

Ensure quality control and safety compliance

Prepare daily work reports and manpower records

Support inspections and handover activities

Requirements / Qualifications

Diploma or ITI in Civil / Construction (preferred)

Minimum 5–8 years experience as a Foreman in civil works

Experience in villas, residential, or commercial projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods and site practices

Experience in Bahrain/GCC projects preferred

Ability to read and understand drawings

Good leadership and communication skills

Skills Required

Site supervision & manpower handling

Quality and safety awareness

Basic planning and reporting

Coordination with engineers and subcontractors
