التقدم الى Subcontracting Contract Management Engineer in Riyadh

Main job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the preparation, negotiation and signing of local subcontracting/purchasing contracts, ensuring that the contract terms are “back-to-back” with the EPC contract (“subcontract” clauses), effectively transferring the risks of the main contract;

2. Lead or participate in contract negotiations with local subcontractors in Saudi Arabia, focusing on price, schedule, quality, safety, local content and warranty clauses; 3. Be responsible for the daily maintenance of subcontract contracts, strictly review the monthly payment applications submitted by subcontractors, ensure that the workload is verified on-site and linked to the payment milestones of the EPC contract, and prevent overpayment;

4. Handle change instructions and claims within the scope of the subcontract contract, collect and review relevant evidence, maintain the log of subcontract contract changes and claims;

5. Communicate in Arabic with local subcontractors and suppliers, resolve daily business disputes, ensure smooth and compliant communication;

6. Assist in the budgeting and control of subcontract costs, ensure that procurement and subcontract activities comply with the project cost targets.

III. Job Requirements

1. Have a background in civil engineering, electrical engineering, engineering management, contract business or related fields; 。

2. Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, proficiency in Arabic is required, and a good understanding of local business communication is necessary. 3. Proficient in the Saudi Arabian renewable energy market, with at least 2 years of experience in subcontract contract management, cost control or procurement in Saudi Arabian engineering projects (electricity, infrastructure, energy sectors preferred);

4. Familiar with the entire process of subcontract contract management, including bidding, evaluation, contract signing, execution monitoring and settlement;

5. Understand the local subcontractor market in Saudi Arabia, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to independently handle business issues with subcontractors;

6. Have a teamwork spirit, pay attention to details, and have strong adaptability to pressure. Those who can speak Chinese will be given priority consideration.
