التقدم الى Lawyer / Legal Counsel Required in Jubail

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join our growing Company “RAS Ambition International Contracting Company Limited” in Al-Jubail. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard our organization’s interests within the Saudi Arabian legal framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.

Provide legal support on labor law, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.

Represent the company in interactions with local authorities and regulatory bodies.

Monitor changes in KSA legislation (including ZATCA and Ministry of Justice updates).

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (L.L.B or equivalent).

Experience: 2+ years of practice, preferably within the industrial or construction sectors.

Skills: Strong command of Arabic and English; deep knowledge of KSA Labor and Sharia Law.

Location: Al Jubail.

Nationality: Only Saudi National
