We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator with a minimum of 3 years experience to operate and set up CNC press brake bending machines for sheet metal fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up CNC press brake machines
Select and install punches and dies according to drawings
Perform bending operations with high dimensional accuracy
Read and interpret bending drawings and bend sequences
Measure angles and dimensions using appropriate tools
Adjust machine parameters and back gauge settings
Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance
Follow safety and quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator
Good understanding of sheet metal bending and tolerances
Ability to read technical and bending drawings
Experience with mild steel, stainless steel, and galvanized steel
Strong focus on accuracy and safety
Preferred:
Experience in metal fabrication factories
Knowledge of CNC press brake controllers is a plus
