???? We’re Hiring: Operations Supervisor

???? Location: Dammam

DLC is a fast-growing logistics company in Dammam, committed to operational excellence and rider success. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations and support our delivery teams.

???? Key Responsibilities

Track and analyze daily rider performance

Improve productivity by boosting low-efficiency riders

Guide riders to avoid violations and ensure platform compliance

Ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process

Provide operational support to riders during shifts

Manage company vehicles and related logistics

Prepare end-of-day performance and operational reports

Handle other day-to-day operational tasks

???? Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

Strong knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.)

Experience using computer-based delivery platforms

Good command of the English & Hindi/Urdu language

Valid Iqama (minimum 3 months)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

???? Salary & Work Details

Salary Range: 1,800 – 3,000 SAR (based on experience)

Working Hours: 10 hours/day

Work Schedule: 6 days/week

Shift Rotation Basis

Only candidates available in Dammam/Khobar

Experience in food delivery companies (HungerStation / Keeta) will be preferred!
