Site Supervisor – Wood & Joinery

Job description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Wood & Joinery to oversee joinery and carpentry works for wood manufacturing and installation projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising production and/or site installation works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise wood and joinery production and site installation works.

Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with factory, site teams, and subcontractors for production, delivery, and installation.

Manage carpenters and installers; monitor daily progress and productivity.

Ensure proper material handling, storage, and protection on site and in the factory.

Coordinate with other trades and attend site meetings as required.

Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety regulations.

Report progress, issues, and manpower status to the Project Manager.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 5 years’ experience in joinery, woodworks, or interior projects.

Strong knowledge of wood materials, carpentry, and joinery installations.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural drawings.

Experience in KSA / GCC projects is an advantage.

Good leadership, communication, and supervision skills.
