What You’ll Do:
✅ Analyze business and functional requirements to prepare test plans, cases, and scenarios
✅ Perform manual and automated testing (Functional, Regression, Integration, System & UAT)
✅ Validate end-to-end workflows involving Cortex applications and integrations
✅ Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools
✅ Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates
✅ Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
???? What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 4+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
✔️ Hands-on experience with Cortex (configuration, workflows, validations)
✔️ Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
✔️ Manual testing expertise; automation exposure is a plus
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
