We are actively seeking a highly qualified and results-oriented Cost Estimator and Tender Engineer to join our esteemed organization. This role demands a candidate with a robust background in cost engineering, quantity surveying, and tender management, particularly within large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation: Generate and present precise, comprehensive cost estimates tailored to project specifications.

Tender Documentation: Prepare thorough and accurate tender documents ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Subcontractor Evaluation: Systematically assess and qualify subcontractors based on project requirements and performance metrics.

Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses for multi-million dollar projects in sectors including hospitality, infrastructure, marine, and education, providing strategic insights for decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background: Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cost estimation and tendering, with a strong track record in large-scale projects.

Technical Skills: Proficient in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and variation order assessments.

Financial Acumen: Expertise in budget preparation, cost forecasting, and value engineering to optimize project expenditures while adhering to stringent quality standards.
