– Develop the recipe for the brand as per the market need.
– Build complete SOP for the brand.
– Ensure that all policies and procedures meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and – performance
– Analyze the business and create more ideas to improve brand
– Conducting site inspection, Health & Safety in-house training.
– Train the employees for operating the store as per the slandered
– Visiting the stores and ensuring that all the slandered are implemented.
– Training Strategies Developments
– Developing Staff with a continuous professional improvement plan to build capabilities & maximize their effective performance
– Designed and implemented training programs/materials for the brand including, On-Boarding, Sequence of Service, – Sequence of Service & Upselling techniques, Inventory Control through ERP system & manually.
– Training material for promoted employees (based on their positions), etc.
