• Issuing materials from stock, closing all delivery notes in IFS, preparing all materials for deliveries.                                                                                         
• Preparing all shipping documents, materials for all outgoing overseas shipments.                                                                                        
• Preparing labels and stickers for all stock materials.                                                                                        
• Printing MDDs from Saudi Aramco portal.                                                                                         
• Follow up all stock orders for inventory stock.                                                                                        
• Creating and preparing purchasing requisitions for stock materials.
