Job Title: Odoo Accounting Master (IFRS)

Experience: 4+ Years (Odoo Accounting + IFRS)

The Role:

We need an Odoo expert who is also an accounting professional. You will configure and manage our Odoo Finance modules to ensure full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). You will bridge finance operations and the Odoo system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Odoo Accounting to comply with IFRS (e.g., revenue recognition, leases).

• Design and maintain the IFRS-compliant chart of accounts, financial reports, and multi-currency setup.

• Automate financial processes (P2P, O2C) and ensure accurate consolidation.

• Ensure system is audit-ready and supports Bahrain compliance.

• Train the finance team and provide ongoing system support.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance. Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a major plus.

• 5+ years of hands-on Odoo Accounting configuration experience.

• Strong, practical knowledge of IFRS standards.

• Mastery of Odoo’s accounting features (COA, journals, taxes, multi-company).

• Excellent communication skills in English.
