Job Description

We are a leading waterproofing company in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a Human Resources Officer to manage and support our HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR administration within construction or industrial companies in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

• Coordinate with PRO/Government Relations for visas, Iqama, and labor documentation

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law

• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

• Support management with HR policies and employee relations

• Maintain HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Absher, Mudad – preferred)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 2–5 years HR experience in Saudi Arabia

• Experience in construction or waterproofing companies is an advantage

• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR platforms

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
