About Us:

We are a dynamic trading company based in Dammam, specializing in the distribution of disposable, consumable, and cleaning goods specifically for the catering and HORECA industry. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Salesman to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Targets: Execute daily sales calls according to a pre-defined Journey Plan (JP). Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, distribution goals, and SKU replenishment objectives.

• Business Development: Identify and solicit potential new clients within the territory to expand our customer base. Use strong closing skills to resolve queries and compete effectively against rival brands.

• Operations & Logistics: Safely operate the company vehicle to deliver products directly from the warehouse. Oversee van loading to ensure maximum sales potential while avoiding stock-outs or high carryover.

• Asset Management: Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle. Report mechanical issues immediately.

• Financial Reconciliation: Deliver invoices, collect payments, ensure accurate daily deposits, and reconcile returned products/cash at the end of every shift.

• Reporting: Utilize Mobile Sales Force Applications (MSFA) to enter sales data, track KPIs, and complete daily endorsements with supervisors.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in Van Sales, FMCG, or Wholesale trading (preferably in disposables or catering supplies).

• Driving: Must possess a valid Heavy or Light Saudi Driving License.

• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi/Urdu is strongly preferred.

• Physical: Ability to manually load/unload stock and work on the road for extended periods.

• Tech Savvy: Ability to use handheld devices/apps for sales tracking.
