We are hiring experienced Retail / Fashion Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bahrain (Manama / Seef). If you love fashion, know how to deliver a memorable customer experience, and can start immediately, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Provide styling advice and deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain visual merchandising and store standards
Handle POS transactions, exchanges, and returns accurately
Support stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks
Build customer loyalty through follow-ups and CRM
Requirements
5+ years of fashion retail sales experience (boutique or multi-brand)
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Strong fashion sense and product knowledge (fits, fabrics, trends)
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and holidays
Currently in Bahrain with a transferable visa and able to join immediately (only)
