Key Responsibilities

Prepare walls, ceilings, and surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, and priming)

Apply paints, varnishes, textures, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray machines

Mix colors and match shades according to project requirements

Ensure smooth, even, and high-quality finishes

Follow drawings, specifications, and instructions from supervisors

Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work area in a safe and organized manner

Observe safety standards and use PPE at all times

Report progress and material usage to the supervisor

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years experience as a wall painter in Gulf construction projects

Knowledge of different painting techniques (brush, roller, spray)

Ability to work on walls, ceilings, and large surfaces

Physically fit for working at heights and on construction sites

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential, commercial, or hotel projects in the Gulf

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Benefits

Salary: 120 BHD (8 hours/day) 150 BHD (10 hours/day)
