Job Description

We are a reputable construction and waterproofing company in Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and supervise site staff and subcontractors

• Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports

• Manage materials, manpower, and equipment on site

• Ensure compliance with Saudi construction regulations and company policies

• Resolve site issues and report to project management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of site management experience in Saudi Arabia

• Experience in construction and waterproofing projects is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead site teams effectively

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid KSA driving license is preferred
