Daily Responsibility:
– Manage & direct B2B sales of Thyrocare products and service
– Send daily BOD & EOD reports
– Handle Client Onboarding procedure as per the Client Onboarding policy and liase with lab to get the client activated in the system
– Create special & customized packages for clients and liase with lab to get them created in the system
– Maintain and develop good relationship with current customers & prospect customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc
– Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and liase with lab to get them resolved.
– Introduce new products to the clients and keep updating the clients regularly
– Creating and executing campaigns for the clients
– Timely collection of outstanding payments
– Updating the MIS on the daily basis.
– Quarterly reconciliation/balance confirmation from Clients
– Biannual reconciliation of Client contracts
– Confirmation of monthly invoicing /Credit Notes with Clients
– Prepare & update Contracts and Credit Forms with all clients integrity, honesty.

– Job Types: Full-time, Contract
– Contract length: 24 months
