Job Description:
– Manage and supervise mechanical engineering teams, subcontractors and project requirements as necessary to achieve the project goals according to schedule plan. With 7 years site experience.

Responsibilities:
– Manage supervisors, technicians, labors and subcontractors all the time as per daily construction plan..
– Ensure that the work complies with the project scope.
– Participate in relevant meetings, adhere to the applicable inspection procedures and prepare progress reports, overhead plans and prepare materials or resources requests .
– Identify difficulties and problems, devise acceptable solutions, and seek assistance as necessary.
– Co-ordinate the team effort to complete any task as would be required and appropriate if assigned
– Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency
– Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years site experience infrastructure experience
• Familiar with major mechanical disciplines as Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC systems
• Proficiency in English and preferably spoken and written in the Arabic language
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Expert with AutoCAD and Microsoft office
• Good background for technical office activities
