Job Vacancy – 3PL Warehouse Operations (Saudi Arabia)

Positions Available:
• Warehouse Supervisor
• Warehouse Coordinator
A reputed 3PL warehousing company in Saudi Arabia is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for its warehouse operations handling Food, Health & Cosmetics products.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Saudi Labor Law & QHSE Compliant):
• Age: Below 40 years
• Education: Graduate (any recognized discipline)
• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse experience in the Middle East
o Mandatory experience in 3PL / FMCG / Food / Health & Cosmetics warehouses
• Legal Status:
o Valid and transferable Iqama
o Eligible to work under Saudi Labor Law
• Medical Fitness:
o Physically and mentally fit for warehouse operations
o Medically fit to work in food, health & cosmetic product environments (fitness
certificate required upon selection)

Technical, Operational & Compliance Knowledge (Essential):
• Strong understanding of warehouse best practices
• Hands-on knowledge of:
o QHSE Management Systems
o SFDA, SASO, GSO, and local regulatory requirements
o HACCP / GMP / GDP standards
• Proven experience in:
o KPI tracking, operational reporting & productivity analysis
o Basic warehouse accounting, invoicing coordination & cost control
o Inventory control, batch & expiry management, FIFO / FEFO
• Ability to enforce:
o Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, incident reporting
o Housekeeping, hygiene, pest control & temperature compliance
