Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National, preferably with an engineering background, and experience or strong interest in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction market

Promote company services, projects, and solutions to clients and consultants

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations

Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends

Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to support sales activities

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Participate in tenders, negotiations, and contract discussions

Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements

Saudi National (mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)

Experience in sales or marketing within the construction industry is an advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Good understanding of construction projects, materials, and processes

Proficient in MS Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid Saudi driving license preferred
