Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced office administrator who can handle full office operations independently. The candidate should have strong knowledge of documentation clearance work, including government-related paperwork. Experience in worldwide visa processing will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all office work independently
Manage documentation and clearance processes
Coordinate with government offices and authorities
Prepare, submit, and follow up on visa and related documents
Handle worldwide visa processing (preferred)
Maintain office records and files
Communicate professionally with clients and partners
Requirements:
Proven experience in documentation and clearance work
Knowledge of Bahrain government procedures
Experience in worldwide visa processing is a plus
Ability to manage office work independently
Good communication and organizational skills
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
Salary: To be discussed during interview
