Store Keeper

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in manufacturing or PPE/medical products.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.

• Ability to handle physical stock movement and operate warehouse equipment

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic understanding of PPE manufacturing materials (melt-blown, non-woven fabric, ear loops, nose wires, packaging materials) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily stock records for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and spare parts.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per purchase orders and quality standards.

• Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items in the warehouse.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or slow-moving items to the procurement team.

• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse area.

• Coordinate with logistics for dispatch of finished goods and ensure accurate documentation.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory principles to avoid material expiry or damage.

• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and warehouse operations.

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• Candidates must have a valid and transferable Iqama and be available to join immediately.

• Preference will be given to male candidates due to the nature of warehouse and material‑handling duties.

• Preference will be given to non‑Indian nationalities.
