About the role

We’re building the Alrouf AI Factory, starting with the Smart Quotation Engine to automate quoting and operational workflows. We need an engineer who can blend Python and API integrations with No-Code/Low-Code automation (Zapier/Make) and LLM orchestration.

Location: Remote (preferred overlap with KSA time zone ±3 hours) or Hybrid in Dammam

Contract: Full‑time or Contractor (30–40 hrs/week)

What you’ll do:

• Ship production‑grade automations (Zapier/Make/Workato) for RFQ intake → CRM → notifications.

• Integrate Salesforce, Odoo/ERP, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, WhatsApp/Twilio, Slack/Teams.

• Build Python (FastAPI) microservices with OpenAPI docs, tests, and Docker.

• Stand up a lightweight Data Lake (Sheets/Drive + cloud storage) and scheduled ETL with monitoring.

• Implement bilingual (AR/EN) RAG knowledge base over internal docs.

• Handle OAuth/secrets, security, observability, and usage/cost tracking.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years delivering real automations/integrations.

• Strong Python 3.x, REST/JSON, Git, Docker.

• OpenAI API + one of LangChain/LlamaIndex.

• Hands‑on with Zapier/Make (multi‑step, webhooks, error handling).

• Integration with Salesforce/Odoo or similar ERP/CRM.

• Excellent written English (Arabic is a plus).

• Time‑zone overlap with KSA (±3 hours).

Nice to have:

Vector DBs (FAISS/Chroma/pgvector), SQL (Postgres), cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), CI/CD, light React/Vue.
