URGENT HIRING – PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

A local construction company based in Al Khobar is seeking a Procurement Engineer responsible for managing the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects. The role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and full compliance with quality and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and manage procurement plans aligned with project schedules and budgets.

– Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

– Handle RFQs, bid evaluations, purchase orders, and contracts.

– Ensure material availability, quality checks, and inventory control.

– Coordinate closely with project and site teams to support construction activities.

– Maintain procurement records and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

– 8-10 years’ experience in construction procurement.

– Strong knowledge of construction materials and industry standards.

– Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

– Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
