We are hiring experienced baristas for a hybrid role in a modern entertainment venue.
Candidates must have barista experience and be comfortable working both behind the bar and in guest-facing areas, preparing coffee and beverages while also welcoming guests, overseeing games and activities, managing equipment, and ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience throughout the venue.
This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to move between bar service and guest support during a shift.
Salary: BD 250 (fixed, all-inclusive)
Start Date: February or March
Location: The Avenues Bahrain
