Metering Technician job description:

Providing technical support and expertise for metering skids including operation, troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining metering systems. Omni flow computer maintenance and troubleshooting Proving related issue troubleshooting, Scada related issues.

5 years’ Experience

Diploma in instrument/mechanical/industrial automation etc.

Must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of metering systems

Familiarity with field instrument types and applications is essential

• Install, maintain, and repair flow meters

• Read and record meter data accurately

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with meters

• Replace or upgrade faulty meters and components

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Test meters for accuracy and functionality.

• Should have working knowledge of oil and gas related plant processes

• Familiarity with field instrument types and applications is essential

• Calibrate and test instruments to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in instrumentation systems and resolve issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with other technicians ensure safe and efficient system operations.

• Document all maintenance activities, calibration records, and repair work clearly and accurately.

Iqama transfer mandatory

Candidate must be currently in Saudi Arabia

Experience in maintenance projects

Ability to join immediately (preferred)
