Job Vacancy: Architectural Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team for the final readiness and interior design of a new building scheduled to be operational next year.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and support interior design planning and execution for a newly constructed building

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project readiness

Oversee architectural aspects including layout, finishes, space utilization, and aesthetics

Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, standards, and safety regulations

Work closely with civil, MEP, and project teams to ensure timely completion

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Civil Engineers with relevant experience may also apply)

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia

Proven experience in interior design and building readiness projects

Must hold a transferable Iqama

Ability to manage multiple aspects of design and execution independently

Willing to work onsite in Al Qassim

Additional Notes

The building structure is already completed; the role focuses mainly on interior design, coordination, and readiness

Candidates with hands-on experience in similar projects will be preferred
