We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for below position

Secretary – 03 Nos for SAPMT

Core Responsibilities

Report and Dashboard Development:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive, visually compelling reports and dashboards to provide business insights.

Data Modeling:

Build and optimize efficient data models with correct relationships and hierarchies.

DAX Calculations:

Create complex calculated columns, measures, and dynamic KPIs using DAX.

Data Integration:

Connect to, transform, and load data from various sources using Power Query.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with business users and managers to gather and understand their data needs and requirements.

Technical Skills to Highlight

Power BI Tools:

Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and tools like Power Query for data transformation.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Performing data analysis, identifying trends, creating various chart types, and using drill-through features.

SQL:

Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

Data Warehousing:

Understanding of data warehouse concepts, including data modeling and architecture.

Performance Tuning:

Optimizing Power BI reports and DAX queries for better performance.

Key Responsibilities

Traditional Secretarial Duties:

Managing correspondence (emails, phone calls) and scheduling appointments and meetings.

Organizing and maintaining files and databases.

Handling incoming mail and deliveries.

Providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.

Power BI-Related Tasks:

Gathering, cleaning, and validating raw business data.

Creating, updating, and publishing reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Supporting users in adopting Power BI solutions.

Performing data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Developing and managing Power BI data models and datasets.

Monitoring the performance and stability of existing reports.

Documenting data requirements and technical design documents.

Required Skills

Administrative Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

High degree of attention to detail.

Data entry experience.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Power BI Skills:

Experience in data visualization and business analytics.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.

Knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

Familiarity with basic data transformations using tools like Power Query.

Strong communication skills to explain insights from data.

Qualifications

Education:

An Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or data science may be required for more advanced positions.

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in a clerical, secretarial, or administrative role.

Practical experience with Power BI through internships or projects is beneficial.
