KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily update and maintenance of the Time & Attendance System (ETAS)

• Uploading employee schedules and absences

• Extracting timesheets from ETAS and sending to stores every 17th of the month

• Reviewing, auditing timesheets, and validating store remarks

• Reconciling timesheets against active employee records

• Preparing lateness reports for Head Office and processing store lateness

• Processing penalties and incentives

• Validating new hire master data against employment contracts

• New hire file review, verification, and system setup

• Updating employee master data, including bank details and cost centers

• Validating joining dates versus Muqeem records

• Monitoring and managing locked employee status

• Processing employee loans

• Preparing increment letters and increment sheets

• Updating increments in the payroll system

• Handling manual payment requests (special cases)

• Preparing payroll accruals

• Reviewing and uploading travel expense claims

• Processing driver payroll (fixed & non-overtime)

• Manually adding second housing (if applicable) for new hires

• Manually calculating and adding 6-month housing for trainees based on joining date

• Outsourced staff timesheet validation (Security, Warehouse, Cleaners)

• Filing and archiving payroll-related documents

• Responding to employee payroll-related email and phone inquiries

REQUIREMENTS

• Transferable IQAMA

• Preferably Filipino

• 3–5 years payroll experience handling 1,000+ employees

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

• SAR 6,000 – 7,000 total package (inclusive of housing, food, and transportation allowance)
