Job Purpose
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributors and sales teams, and achieving revenue targets across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional targets
Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
Lead, coach, and monitor sales supervisors and sales representatives
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
Ensure timely collections and control credit exposure
Coordinate with marketing for promotions and product launches
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
5–7 years of experience in FMCG or perfume sales
Proven experience managing sales teams and distributors
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
Knowledge of Makkah & Jeddah retail markets
Valid Saudi driving license
