Key Responsibilities

•     To perform surface preparation: sanding, scraping, patching, priming, and cleaning.

•     Apply oil-based, water-based, enamel, and epoxy paints using brush, roller, or spray.

•     Follow color schedules, drawings, and finish specifications accurately.

•     Ensure clean, uniform, defect-free finishes with proper masking and protection.

•     Conduct touch-ups, corrections, and final finishing as required.

•     Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

•     Coordinate with the Site Supervisor and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.

•     Follow all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and chemical handling procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

•     1–5 years experience in commercial, residential, or industrial painting/coating.

•     Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques.

•     Experience with airless spray machines(GRACO, BLASTLINE), ladders, and scaffolding is an advantage.

•     Ability to identify substrate issues (moisture, cracks, defects) before painting.

•     Must be able to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

•     Little Basic communication in English – is added advantage but not essential.
