We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair split, window, and central AC units
Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out repairs
Ensure AC systems operate efficiently and safely
Respond promptly to breakdown and maintenance requests
Maintain records of work performed and materials used
Follow safety standards and company procedures
Coordinate with property management and other maintenance staff
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an AC Technician
Valid driving license is mandatory
Good knowledge of AC systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Ability to work independently and handle multiple service calls
