Paarsel is a fast-growing domestic courier service operating across multiple cities in the Kingdom. We focus on execution, reliability, and long-term client partnerships. As we expand, we are hiring a results-driven Sales Executive who can consistently deliver business.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new B2B / corporate clients and grow Paarsel’s delivery network.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service activation.
• Follow up with credit clients and support collections when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and client profiles.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (field sales mandatory).
• Experience in courier, logistics, or related service industries preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of delivery operations is an advantage.
• Organized, self-motivated, and strictly target-oriented.
• Valid Iqama and driving license (mandatory).
