Prime Build Solutions is looking for a qualified and experienced Architect-Engineer to join our growing project team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site coordination experience, and the ability to manage architectural works efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.

Ensure architectural works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with MEP, structural, and interior teams to resolve design and site issues.

Review and approve architectural material submittals, samples, and mock-ups.

Supervise site execution and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.

Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals.

Prepare as-built drawings and support project handover documentation.

Monitor work progress and report issues or delays to project management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and construction methodologies.

Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an added advantage.

Familiar with Saudi Building Codes and local authority requirements.

Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in hospitality, commercial, or residential projects.

A valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
