Seeking an experienced Private Hospital CFO with strong expertise in hospital costing, insurance payment systems, budgeting, and cash flow management, and proven exposure to listed or listing-ready organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hospital finance, FP&A, and financial reporting (IFRS)

• Implement and manage departmental & service-line costing

• Oversee insurance revenue cycle, claims, denials, and payer contracts

• Drive budgeting, cash flow, working capital, and capex planning

• Ensure governance, compliance, audits, and internal controls

• Support IPO / listing readiness and board-level reporting (including Tadawul requirements)

• Act as strategic partner to CEO on growth, expansion, and investments

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years finance experience, significant private hospital background

• Deep knowledge of insurance-based healthcare finance

• Experience with listed companies or IPO / pre-IPO environments

• Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management

• CPA / ACCA / CMA / MBA preferred

• Arabic & English proficiency
