We are a growing Motor Technology Company in Saudi Arabia and are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Riyadh, supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with Saudi accounting standards

Record daily transactions, journal entries, and general ledger postings

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups and reconciliations

Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports with detailed analysis

Assist in preparing balance sheets and cash flow statements

Provide financial reports and variance analysis to management

Support internal and external audit requirements

VAT & Compliance

Ensure VAT compliance as per ZATCA regulations

Prepare and file VAT returns and maintain proper documentation

Assist with statutory and regulatory reporting

Inventory Management

Maintain and control inventory records (spare parts, tools, and technical equipment)

Reconcile physical stock with system records

Monitor inventory movement, valuation, aging, and slow-moving items

Coordinate with stores and operations teams for inventory accuracy

Support periodic stock counts and variance analysis

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in automotive, motor technology, or trading companies

Strong understanding of Saudi VAT and local accounting practices

Hands-on experience in monthly P&L reporting and inventory accounting

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting / ERP systems

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Professional certification preferred: ACCA / CMA / ACMA

Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia (transferable Iqama preferred)

Salary Package:

SAR 6,000 – 7,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
