Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Rotating Equipment

Location: Jubail

Project Type: Long-Term O&M / Routine Maintenance

Role Summary

Supervise and execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul activities for rotating equipment in

refinery/plant operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise maintenance and repair of pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, gearboxes, and

mechanical seals.

 Lead troubleshooting, alignment, balancing, bearing/seal replacement, and equipment

overhauls.

 Review technical drawings, datasheets, and OEM manuals.

 Coordinate with operations, planning, and reliability teams for job execution.

 Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PTW, LOTO, and QA/QC standards.

 Prepare maintenance reports, job cards, and equipment history records.

 Supervise technicians and contractors during routine maintenance and shutdown activities.

Qualifications & Experience

 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

 Minimum 7–12 years of experience in refinery/petrochemical plant maintenance.

 Strong hands-on experience with rotating equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and

overhauls.

 Familiarity with International standards.

 Experience in supervising multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.

 Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).

 Strong communication and leadership skills.
