Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Rotating Equipment

Location: Jubail

Project Type: Long-Term O&M / Routine Maintenance

Role Summary

Supervise and execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul activities for rotating equipment in

refinery/plant operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise maintenance and repair of pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, gearboxes, and

mechanical seals.

 Lead troubleshooting, alignment, balancing, bearing/seal replacement, and equipment

overhauls.

 Review technical drawings, datasheets, and OEM manuals.

 Coordinate with operations, planning, and reliability teams for job execution.

 Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PTW, LOTO, and QA/QC standards.

 Prepare maintenance reports, job cards, and equipment history records.

 Supervise technicians and contractors during routine maintenance and shutdown activities.

Qualifications & Experience

 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

 Minimum 7–12 years of experience in refinery/petrochemical plant maintenance.

 Strong hands-on experience with rotating equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and

overhauls.

 Familiarity with International standards.

 Experience in supervising multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.

 Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).

 Strong communication and leadership skills.

Position: Condition Monitoring & Rotating Equipment Inspector

Location: Jubail

Type: Long-Term Maintenance / Reliability Support

Role Summary

Responsible for performing condition monitoring, inspection, and performance evaluation of rotating

equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation. Supports reliability improvement

through early fault detection and technical reporting.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and other condition monitoring

techniques.

 Inspect rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, gearboxes, and

agitators.

 Monitor equipment performance trends and identify early signs of failure.

 Perform alignment, balancing checks, and verify mechanical integrity.

 Prepare condition monitoring reports, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

 Support root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.

 Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams for corrective actions.

 Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, PTW, and LOTO requirements.

Qualifications

 Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.

 5–10 years of experience in condition monitoring and rotating equipment inspection.

 Strong knowledge of vibration analysis, thermography, and predictive maintenance tools.

 Familiarity with API standards (API 610/617/618/686).

 Experience in refinery/petrochemical plant environments.

 Preference for Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO Cat I/II/III).
