Urgent Requirement – Indian Only – Civil Engineer (Site Supervision)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Project: Food (Seafood) Processing Facility – Building Construction

Experience: 7–10 Years (Saudi experience preferred)

We are hiring experienced Indian Civil Engineers only, who will be responsible for full site supervision, for a food processing facility construction project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Indian nationals only

Mandatory Requirement

Strong and proven experience in Structural Steel works (Must)

Candidate Requirements

7–10 years of experience in civil construction projects

Saudi Arabia experience preferred

Hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication and erection works

Strong understanding of HSE, QA/QC, and site documentation

Proven ability to supervise site activities and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Job Responsibilities

Daily site supervision ensuring work progress, quality, and HSE compliance

80% time on-site, actively monitoring activities and enforcing safety

20% desk work for reports, documentation, and coordination

Issue Work Permits to control site activities

Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs)

Witness inspections and site tests

Review drawings for compliance with project specifications

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

Maintain site progress photographs and records

Report incidents, NCRs, and follow up corrective actions

Attend site progress meetings

Verify As-Built drawings prior to project close-out
