Mechanical QA/QC and Testing & Commissioning Engineer’s

Candidates should have a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering with Saudi council engineering certificate mandatory and 5-8 Year’s previous experience as testing & commissioning mechanical engineers in construction projects.

Skills & Qualifications:-

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC, testing, and commissioning roles within construction projects.

3. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and associated controls.

4. Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ASME, API, ISO, NFPA).

5. Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, procedures, and inspection protocols for all mechanical systems.

6. Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation and records for all inspections, tests, and project closeout requirements.

7. Supervise and witness pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing activities for mechanical equipment and systems in collaboration with contractors and vendors.

8. Develop and execute comprehensive testing and commissioning plans, checklists, and functional test procedures (FTPs) for mechanical systems.
