Urgent Hiring: Field Operations Team (Logistics & Delivery Sector)

A leading delivery service provider is seeking highly experienced professionals for Immediate Start. We are looking for candidates who possess real field expertise and a proven track record in the following roles:

1. Customer Relations Officer (Account Manager)

Core Experience: Professional handling of Vendor Portals (Talabat, Jahez, etc.), resolving field disputes, and analyzing performance reports.

2. Digital Marketing & Recruitment Specialist

Core Experience: Managing digital recruitment campaigns targeting delivery riders, building and categorizing applicant databases based on legal and technical readiness.

3. Training & Technical Screening Supervisors (Pakistani / Bengali)

Core Experience: Deep knowledge of delivery apps, maps, and order systems. Ability to conduct on-field driving tests and train riders on quality and compliance standards. (Native language fluency is required).

4. Field & Fleet Control Supervisor

Core Experience: Monitoring company assets (vehicles & housing), auditing fuel consumption against mileage, and ensuring riders’ behavioral and field discipline.

5. Live Support & Dispatcher

Core Experience: Real-time tracking of riders via GPS systems, providing instant technical support for app issues, and ensuring continuous fleet productivity.

General Requirements:

Proven previous experience in the delivery/logistics industry.

Ability to work under field pressure and meet operational targets.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager under the company’s financial and administrative oversight.
